Welcome to the beginning of the 2010 season!!

That’s right, our first game is several months away, but the commitment starts NOW!

If you haven’t heard, changes are coming to the Norwin Football program. Starting 01/06/2010, Mr. Ted Jasko will be overseeing the weight lifting program. The room will be open Monday, Wednesday & Fridays from 2:30pm-4pm. All boys entering 10th-12th for the 2010 football season, not currently involved in a winter sport, should begin conditioning.

Mr. Jasko will only be handling the program until a coaching staff is put into place. Please take advantage of this program. The boys need to be working out in the off season so when its game time, they can concentrate on beating their opponents, and if they come to camp bigger, stronger and faster from taking advantage of winter/spring conditioning that’s just what they will do!

Meetings are the 2nd Thursday of each month in room 139 of the Norwin High School. Meetings begin at 7:30pm. Everyone is encouraged to attend. Any person wishing to get involved in the Football program is welcomed to attend.

As with every organization, there is fundraising. The mandatory fundraiser is the selling of the Norwin Gold Card.  Each player, manager and trainer is required to sell 10 gold cards. The cards are good for a solid year and offer discounts at local area businesses. They are a great deal and an easy sell.
